- With the inclusion of FURI Corporation, Cambodian hospitality partners and solar partners, FURA functions as the umbrella corporate entity – Gathering collective investment schemes, domiciliating funds in Singapore, as well as allocating of funds to offshore projects under its diversified business units.
- FURA also maintains privacy of funds under the VCC scheme that promises high financial returns for our potential investors

VCC IN A NUTSHELL
- The Variable Capital Company (VCC) is an alternative form of corporate vehicle that can be used for both open-ended and closed-ended alternative and fund strategies
- The VCC is governed by the Variable Capital Company Act. The Monetary Authority of Singapore provides oversight in its anti-money laundering (AML) and countering the financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations.
- The VCC can be used for both traditional funds and alternative funds for retail investors or restricted class investors.
- The VCC can be used as a standalone fund or an umbrella entity consisting of multiple sub-funds with different investment objectives
